Your satisfaction is our priority at Global Choice UAE. We offer a flexible 30-day window for exchanges and returns. Please note: We do not offer cash refunds; we facilitate exchanges or returns for store credit.

1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return

To be eligible, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Must be brand New & Unused. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Timeframe: The exchange or return request must occur within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Inspection: For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, returns must be completed at the time of delivery before payment is handed over.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

 

2. Our Unique Return at Delivery Process (COD)

Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, we offer a simple, immediate return option at your doorstep:

1. Inspect Carefully

Upon the courier's arrival, thoroughly inspect the product (size, condition, style).

This must be done before you pay the courier.

2. Immediate Return

If the item does not meet your expectations, hand it back to the courier immediately.

Do not pay the cash amount due for the item being returned.

3. Return Service Fee

A flat AED 25 return service fee applies.

This fee must be paid directly to the delivery company even if you return the item.

⚠️ Critical Note: Once payment has been completed and the courier has left your location, we cannot accept the item back. The "Return at Delivery" option is valid only at the moment of inspection.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or product:

  1. Return at Delivery: Follow the immediate return process outlined above for the unwanted item.
  2. Place New Order: Place a new order on our website for the desired size, style, or product.
  3. Hassle-Free Support: Our team is available to assist you in coordinating your exchange to ensure a smooth transition.
