Eligibility for Exchange or Return
To be eligible, items must meet the following criteria:
Within 30 Days
The exchange or return request must occur within 30 days of receiving your order.
Inspection Required
For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, returns must be completed at the time of delivery before payment is handed over.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our Unique Return at Delivery Process (COD)
Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, we offer a simple, immediate return option at your doorstep:

| 3. Return Service Fee | A flat AED 25 return service fee applies. | This fee must be paid directly to the delivery company even if you return the item. |
Critical Note: Once payment has been completed and the courier has left your location, we cannot accept the item back. The “Return at Delivery” option is valid only at the moment of inspection.
